• Validation of Candidate’s details & document as per Scope of work.
• Database Cross check for Fake Company.
• Check the Company data base for Concern HR contact details and mail ID.
• Skip tracing though different search engines (E.g., Google, yellow pages) to be checked for Company contact details and MCA / ROC records for Company functionality and authenticity.
• Call or mail to the HR Official / Concern Authorities at the Company.
• Follow‐up with the HR Official / Concern Authorities for verification or in case of any disconnect in provided verification.
• Physical site visits to be conducted in case of any possible discrepancy or in case of noncontact able companies.
• Cross checking of provided details i.e. Name of the employee, employee code, Designation, Employment Tenure, mode of exit and Last drawn salary with verified details.
• Submission of report with verified details.
